We’ve Won a Scottish Thistle Award!

We are exceptionally happy and proud to announce that we have been awarded the highest honour in Scottish tourism by receiving a Scottish Thistle Award for ‘Best Outdoor or Adventure Experience 2022/23’.

Having won the regional award in the same category we were blown away to discover that we have beaten off tough competition from some amazing businesses around Scotland to receive this accolade from Visit Scotland. After a challenging couple of years it is validating to know that there is substantial support for businesses like ours that focus on on the incredible natural assets of Scotland and support many superb projects and rural enterprises in the process.

Wildlife-based tourism and wildlife-watching tours are an essential part of a more sustainable economy in future and we look forward to continuing to develop our tours and more exciting partnerships.

This year we will be exploring the incredible Highlands of Scotland and the Cairngorms National Park in search of an incredible diversity of wildlife; we venture north to Shetland and its spectacular wildlife; go Eagle watching on Islay and Jura (keep an eye out for the new Wild Isles series on BBC) and visiting the little-known glens and bays on Scotlands north an west coast. We are also running several brand new identification workshops in Scotland and England and also have a number of private tours operating
